Ximena Munoz Sanchez, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Ximena is currently the Head of CX & Business Development at GroupCOS. Previously, they worked at Concentrix as a Site Director and Director of Operations Service Delivery, where they were responsible for customer experience, service delivery, and financial results. Ximena also has experience as a co-owner of Yumorama Ice Cream Parlour, where they led a total overhaul of the company and drafted a strategic action plan. Ximena has held senior operations management positions at Teleperformance and Honeywell Safety & Productivity Solutions, where they exceeded financial targets and led continuous improvement projects. Additionally, Ximena has business development and sales experience at DuPont and Solae, LLC, specializing in consultative sales and revenue generation. Ximena began their career at HP as a Technology Finance Assistant.
