Sofiene CHAABANI is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Responsable SIRH, Carrières, Diversité & Inclusion at Groupe APICIL since January 2017, Sofiene has previously held key roles in recruitment and HR development across various organizations, including APICIL and AREVA T&D. Sofiene's expertise encompasses managing recruitment for diverse functions, developing HR policies, and implementing HR information systems. Sofiene holds a 3ème cycle degree in Management des RH from IGS-RH, completed in 2006.
