Ingrid Richard

Ingrid Richard has extensive experience in HR management. Ingrid currently holds the position of VP HR Group Rossignol, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at TEFAL SAS, where they served as HRD for the Cookware Division from October 2018 to April 2021, and as HRD for Groupe SEB Headquarters from December 2015 to September 2018. Ingrid also worked at Danone Waters, where they held various HR positions, including HRD for the Commercial division from October 2014 to June 2015, HRD for the Corporate Information Systems Department from November 2011 to September 2014, and Site HR Manager from October 2006 to October 2011. Ingrid started their career at Johnson & Johnson and later moved to Janssen Cilag, where they worked as HRD from 2002 to 2006. Ingrid's early career experience includes working as an HR Manager at Honeywell from 1996 to 2001.

Ingrid Richard completed their Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in RH from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne between 1989 and 1993.
