Katherine Correia

Katherine Correia has a diverse work experience in product development and sourcing, spanning over two decades. Katherine is currently the Head of Product Development and Sourcing at Rossignol Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Product Development at Moose Knuckles Canada from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Product Development and Sourcing at JACK WOLFSKIN GmbH & Co. KGaA from 2020 to 2022, and also held the role of Senior Head of Development and Sourcing for a brief period in 2020. Katherine previously worked at The North Face as a Senior Product Development Manager from 2016 to 2020, Product Development Manager from 2013 to 2016, and Senior Apparel Developer from 2012 to 2013. Katherine began their career at Adidas Group as a Product Developer from 2011 to 2012. Katherine also has experience at Mountain Equipment Co-op as a Technical Developer and Production Coordinator and has worked at CYC Design Corporation - Reigning Champ | wings+horns and TAG (The Apparel Group- Ron Leal) in production coordinator roles.

Katherine Correia has a diverse education history. In 2010, they attended NOLS and obtained a degree in Outdoor Educator, specializing in backpacking and whitewater canoeing. Katherine then pursued a degree in Fashion Arts from Vancouver Community College (VCC) from 1997 to 1999. Earlier, in 1993 to 1994, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Conestoga College. Additionally, Katherine has a certification in Finance for Non-Financial Professionals from GoSkills.com, obtained in 2019.
