Chantale Levert Hedgeman

Chantale Levert Hedgeman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In their most recent roles, they have served as a Vice President Director of Experience Strategy at both Digitas North America and GroupeConnect since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at InComm Payments from 2019 to 2022 as a Senior Innovation Analyst & Design Strategist. In this role, they developed a Design Thinking strategy practice and led client engagements focused on humanizing emerging technology.

Before their time at InComm Payments, Chantale worked at CompuCom from 2017 to 2019 as a Design Thinking and Innovation Consultant. Here, they facilitated Design Thinking sprints for clients, created immersive training programs, and developed a customer-centric methodology for the organization. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a New Business Product Developer at Kimberly-Clark, where they led product development commercialization activities and taught design thinking to enhance customer experiences.

Chantale's experience at Kimberly-Clark also includes their role as a KCP Safety Product Development Co-op in 2012. In this position, they developed concepts and prototypes to improve welding helmets based on user insights and organized immersive experiences to ensure customer empathy. Additionally, they worked as a Systems Development Co-op at Battelle in 2011, where they developed financial tracking scripts and received an Outstanding Performance Award. Chantale'searliest experience was as an Antenna Mechanical Design Intern at Lockheed Martin in 2008 and 2009.

Chantale Levert Hedgeman holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Design and Innovation from Northwestern University, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at The Ohio State University in 2010.
