Sam R. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career as a Teacher Counselor at Youth Villages in 2000 and progressed through various positions such as Cottage Supervisor and Residential Coordinator, where they focused on staff training and program development. In 2010, Sam took on the role of Project Manager, providing national support for regional offices and locations. They also served as a Human Capital Manager at Youth Villages, where they built systems to track and analyze employee engagement and talent development metrics. In 2017, Sam joined Reebok as a Senior Manager Talent Partnering, responsible for aligning HR leadership and partners to global talent programs. Currently, Sam is the Learning and Development Manager at Groups Recover Together, and will soon transition into the role of Director, Learning and Development.
Sam R. has studied Psychology at The University of Memphis. They have also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Capella University. In addition, Sam has obtained a certification as a Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in June 2017.
