Kristie Franco has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kristie is currently working at Growthspace, where they started in September 2021 as a Director of Sales. Kristie then progressed to become a Senior Director of Sales in May 2022, and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts since July 2023.

Prior to joining Growthspace, Kristie co-founded SkillSchema in January 2020, where they held the position of Co-Founder, Partnerships until July 2023.

Before that, they worked at CoreView as the VP of Sales, EMEA & International from 2019 to 2020.

Kristie also has an extensive tenure at ClickDimensions, where they held multiple roles. Kristie started as a Territory Sales Manager in 2014, then progressed to become a Senior Territory Sales Manager and finally a Director of Sales. Kristie led a top-performing team of Territory Sales and Channel Managers responsible for 1,200+ Strategic Partnerships across EMEA.

Prior to their time at ClickDimensions, Kristie worked at Celenia as a Marketing Analyst from 2011 to 2012 and as a Channel Manager from 2013 to 2014.

Kristie began their career at Georgia State University as a CIBER Research Assistant from 2010 to 2011.

Throughout their career, Kristie has demonstrated exceptional sales and leadership skills, consistently achieving top performance and driving growth in their roles.

Kristie Franco attended the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Kristie'sfield of study included Behavioral Economics and International Business, with a minor in Film/Media Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Kristie has obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed the course "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Subsequently, in January 2022, Kristie earned certifications in "Inbound Sales" and "HubSpot Sales Software" from the HubSpot Academy.

Furthermore, Kristie is currently working towards obtaining the "Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP)" certification from OKR International I OKR Consulting & Training. The month and year of completion for this certification are not specified.
