Maor Shir

Maor Shir is the VP Operations at GrowthSpace, a data analytics company that delivers intelligence and insights to Fortune 5,000 companies to support product development and growth. Prior to their current role, Shir served as the Director of Professional Services (Data & Analytics) at Signals Analytics from October 2009 to January 2020. In this role, they led a group of 30 Data Analysts and 5 Advanced Analytics Modeling professionals in providing service on top of the Signals Playbook product to allow customer customization and advanced use-case development, as well as enabling high profile engagements as Enterprise-deals projects.

Shir has been instrumental in driving innovation within Signals Analytics by taking on data and analytics challenges that come from special customer needs and fringe cases. Maor's work has resulted in new methodologies and repeatable modeling assets for the company. Under their leadership, Signals Analytics has been able to provide valuable insights to Fortune 5,000 companies that have helped them grow their products and brands.

Signals Analytics is a 2016 Gartner Cool Vendor, a Deloitte Fast 50 Technology company, and is proudly venture-backed by Qumra Capital, Sequoia Capital, and TPY Capital.

Maor Shir holds a Master of Arts in Bible Research from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Bible Research and Hebrew Culture from the same school.
