Tommy Lai

Tommy Lai has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Tommy is currently the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at Growthwell Foods and Glife Technologies Pte Ltd. Prior to these roles, Tommy was the COO/Head of Supply Chain Management at Shaw Holdings Pte Ltd where they successfully set up and managed a medical clinic and aesthetics spa business. Before that, they served as the General Manager of Supply Chain Operations at Soup Spoon Souper Food, where they strategized growth and managed various operations. Tommy also has experience as a Plant Manager at HaLiFa Pte Ltd, where they led food manufacturing operations in Singapore and Malaysia.

Tommy Lai holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Sunderland.
