Alexandra Maria Soares is the Head of Culture & Talent at Ageas Portugal Grupo since February 2017. Prior to that, Alexandra was the Head of HR Development, Talent Management & Internal Communication at AXA from May 2013 to February 2017. Alexandra held various roles at AXA Portugal from January 2000 to March 2013, including Commercial Director of AXA's stores and HR Director for Shared Services. Alexandra has a strong background in HR management, talent development, change management, and cultural transformation. Alexandra has implemented various programs and projects during their career, focusing on leadership, coaching, recognition, and diversity & inclusion. With a solid educational background in HR management and labor law, Alexandra brings a wealth of expertise to their role in the insurance industry.
