Silvia Marmore

Silvia Marmore currently serves as the People Project Leader at Grupo Ageas Portugal since September 2020. Prior roles include PMO Integration Office at Ageas Seguros from February 2019 to August 2020 and Latam PMO Head at Mercer Brasil from February 2015 to February 2019, where responsibilities included structuring a Project Management framework for Latin America and acting as the CEO's Chief of Staff. Silvia has also held PMO positions at Citibank and served as a Six Sigma Project Manager at AXA. Early career contributions include Management Control Analyst at AdvanceCare, Business Analyst at Accenture, and Marketing Analyst at Rede Bahia. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and various Six Sigma certifications from AXA Université.
