Susana Rebelo has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in learning & development, talent development, and recruitment. Susana has held various HR positions in different insurance companies before joining Grupo Ageas Portugal, where Susana currently works as a People Experience - Learning & Development Management and People Success Manager. Susana holds post-graduate degrees in Human Resources management from ISCSP and TÜV Rheinland, as well as a degree in European Studies from Universidade Moderna de Lisboa.
