Carlos Nakamichi

Carlos Nakamichi has a diverse work experience in various industries and positions. Carlos served as the Head of Projects at Costeño Group, where they successfully led the openings of multiple restaurants and established new standards of excellence. Carlos optimized the structure and organization in the design and construction area, negotiated agreements with commercial places, and strengthened the brand's presence.

Carlos also worked as an Expansion Manager at XE Seguridad, where they were responsible for planning and managing nationwide expansion. Carlos searched and selected strategic locations for the brand, managed construction projects, and ensured cost efficiency through analysis and budget negotiation.

Prior to that, Carlos worked as a Project Manager at BlackStudio MX, where they focused on strategic innovation and operational optimization. Carlos implemented work standards and regulations to ensure execution excellence and was involved in interior and exterior design of various projects.

Carlos also had experience as a Facilities and Maintenance Manager at Little Caesars Pizza, where they played a crucial role in site selection and negotiation, improving construction times and reducing costs. Carlos was responsible for analyzing and approving budgets.

At Grupo Costeño, Carlos worked as a New Projects Manager, creating executive projects and managing interior design. Carlos also handled permit management and cost projection. Additionally, they briefly served as a Construction Project Coordinator.

Throughout their career, Carlos Nakamichi has demonstrated a strong ability to lead, optimize processes, and deliver successful projects in the restaurant, security, design, and construction industries.

Carlos Nakamichi completed a Licenciatura degree in Architecture at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2008 to 2013. In May 2013, they also obtained a certification as an Interior Designer from the same institution.
