Jonas Leddington

Jonas is a Director within Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and Talent Acquisition team with responsibility for Gryphon’s Strategic Advisory Network. In his role, he supports Gryphon’s investment teams during thesis development, industry and market diligence, and board formation by fostering durable, collaborative relationships with highly targeted industry leaders. During his first tenure at Gryphon, from 2011 to 2014, Jonas helped refine the firm’s unique approach to executive partnership and assisted with competitive and market diligence on all-new platform acquisitions, including Trinity Consultants and K&N Engineering, as well as major add-ons for TrustHouse Services and SynteractHCR. He also supported portfolio companies including Flagstone Foods and K&N Engineering with new market analysis and strategic planning.
