Charlotte O'Leary

Charlotte O'Leary serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Pensions for Purpose, a B Corp focused on bridging capital flow towards impact investment. Recognized with the Pensions Management Institute Pinnacle Award for Leader of the Year and shortlisted for similar accolades in 2022 and 2023, Charlotte also received the Pension Fund Director of the Year Award in 2023 and the Most Empowering Pension Fund Director Award in 2022. In addition to these roles, Charlotte is a Senior Consultant contributing to the Impact Investing Institute and a member of various advisory boards, including the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment and Social Value Portal. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Surrey, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology with Human Biology from The Open University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Archaeology from UCL.
