Heather Kyle

Heather Kyle is currently the Operations Manager at GT Independence, where Heather is responsible for resource management, business development, policy development, training, customer relationship management, and change management. Prior to this role, Heather worked at OMNI Community Credit Union as the Branch Sales and Service Manager, focusing on strategic planning, operational efficiency, HR support, customer service, and collaborative leadership.
