Ivo Mitroshanov

Ivo Mitroshanov has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. Ivo currently serves as the Director of Operations at GTT since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Interoute as a Senior Manager from October 2014 to May 2018. At Interoute, they led a 24x7 Level 2 networking team and was responsible for prompt incident resolution and team management.

From 2012 to 2014, Ivo worked at AT&T, where they held the position of Network Operations Manager. Ivo supervised a second level network support team and communicated with customers regarding escalated issues. Ivo also served as a Team Lead for the GT3 Technical team, providing last-level support for worldwide customers.

Before joining AT&T, Ivo worked at IBM as a Network Support specialist from December 2005 to April 2008. Ivo'scareer started at the Bulgarian National Television in 2004, where they worked as a System Engineer.

Throughout their career, Ivo has gained extensive experience in network support, team management, incident resolution, and customer communication.

Ivo Mitroshanov earned a Master's degree in Electronics from Technical University Sofia between 1999 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CCNP and CCNP Security from Cisco, as well as ITIL Foundations from PeopleCert.
