Tameira McLean

Tameira McLean has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Tameira is currently working as the Head of Business Improvement at Guardian Childcare & Education since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at AGL Energy from 2015 to 2021, holding roles such as Optimisation Manager (Telephony) and Data, Reporting & Insights Lead. Tameira also worked as a Commercial Analyst at Goodstart Early Learning from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Tameira served as a Project Assistant at Contemporary Security Canada from 2009 to 2010 and as a Program Manager at Richmond Gymnastics Association from 2008 to 2009. Tameira began their career as an Assistant Manager at Northern Districts Gymnastics Club from 2004 to 2007.

Tameira McLean has a diverse education history. In 2011-2012, they attended Bond University and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a High Distinction. Prior to that, in 2004, they pursued an Honours degree in Biomechanics at The University of Western Australia. Tameira had previously completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Exercise and Health Science from the same university, spanning from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Tameira obtained a Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification from the Australian Society for Quality (AuSQ) in April 2017.
