Katya MacLean

Katya MacLean has a diverse work experience in the insurance and banking industry. Katya started their career with Lloyds Banking Group, where they held various roles such as Head of Protection Proposition and Head of Commercial Management, Pensions. Katya then moved on to Swiss Re, where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer for iptiQ, their white-label insurance company. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Financial Services, a high-growth new entrant to the UK life insurance market.
