Faheem Mohammed

Faheem Mohammed has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at Guardian Group since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The ANSA McAL Group from 2017, where they held the positions of Head of Continuous Excellence and Sector HR Manager. Before that, they were the Group Human Resources Manager at SM Jaleel from 2016 to 2017. Faheem also worked at Nestlé as the Continuous Excellence and Industrial Performance Manager and Factory Human Resources Manager from 2011 to 2016. Faheem started their career at Unilever as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2009 to 2011.
