Leonard Quimby

Leonard Quimby has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in operations and administration. Leonard started their career as a Nursing Home Administrator at HCR Manor Care in 1999. Leonard then worked as a Senior Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations at Golden LivingCenters, where they oversaw multiple communities, established relationships with healthcare organizations, and improved operations and staff quality. Leonard also served as a Regional Director of Operations at Guardian Elder Care, managing multiple long-term care facilities and achieving significant growth and customer satisfaction improvements. Leonard later became a Nursing Home Administrator at Quality Life Services before being appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Asbury Heights. Currently, Leonard serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Guardian Healthcare.

Leonard Quimby obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1992. Leonard also holds an Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator License.
