Ajay Jain has an extensive career spanning over three decades in operations, technology, and treasury management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Operations & Services at Guardian Life since 2016, Ajay leads cross-geography teams and manages operations and contact centers for individual life and group benefits customers in the US and India. Prior to this, Ajay was the CEO for Guardian Life's Global in-house Captive center in India. Ajay's experience includes significant roles at Fidelity International, where responsibilities included managing technology delivery and customer service operations across India and the UK, and at GE Capital, where Ajay contributed to treasury transformation strategies and operations. Ajay's career began at American Express and included roles in payroll and foreign exchange services. Educationally, Ajay holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Delhi University.
