Al Reyes

Al Reyes is an accomplished culinary and management professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Since March 2016, Al Reyes has served as a Multi-Unit Key Account General Manager at Guckenheimer, successfully transforming a single unit contract into a multi-unit key account with three active locations, catering to over 4,500 daily customers in the San Diego region. Al Reyes has demonstrated expertise in high-level catering for prestigious clientele, including company executives and diplomats. Previously, Al Reyes held roles including Executive Chef at Nelson Group and Assistant General Manager at Islands Restaurants and Fiesta de Reyes. Al Reyes' career began with significant positions at Compass Group USA and Vino Veritas Wine Bar, supported by a degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
