Randy Dominguez

Randy Dominguez has extensive work experience in procurement, supply chain, and category management. Randy is currently working as the Director of Procurement at ISS Guckenheimer. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Consultant for various companies. Randy also served as the Head of Direct Procurement at REEF, where they were responsible for leading sourcing and distribution initiatives for a startup, resulting in significant cost savings. Randy has also held positions at Compass Group as a Senior Sourcing Manager and Senior Category Development Manager, where they managed vendor selection and contract negotiations, and at Unilever as a Customer Business Manager and Customer Category Manager, where they developed and executed business plans and conducted statistical analysis to optimize pricing and distribution. Randy also has experience in trade marketing and analysis at Mondelēz International and Unilever.

Randy Dominguez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Randy also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
