Paul Jreige has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at GUD Holdings Limited since January 2021, where they were previously the General Manager of Information Technology since March 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant - Client Delivery at Oakton from October 2015 to March 2017. At Australia Post, they held the positions of Head of IDT Product, StarTrack & Express/International from November 2014 to November 2015, and Service Engagement Manager from November 2013 to November 2014. Before that, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at The Laminex Group from April 2010 to November 2013, and as an Infrastructure & Operations Manager at Spotless from August 2007 to April 2010. Paul has also been the National Operations Manager at Invizage from April 2006 to August 2007, and the IT Support Manager at NCSi Australia from November 2004 to March 2006. Paul began their career at FOXTEL, initially as an IT Support Team Leader, and later as a Senior Desktop Administrator from 1999 to 2004. Paul started their professional journey as a Support Officer at Hume City Council from June 1998 to October 1999.
Paul Jreige obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2004, where they studied Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, they completed a Victorian Traineeship and received a Certificate IV in Information Technology, also specializing in Information Technology. Paul also holds the ITIL Foundation certification, although the institution, month, and year of obtaining the certification are unspecified.
