Farid Hermansyah

Farid Hermansyah is an experienced HR Compensation and Benefit Staff at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk since September 2022, responsible for employee compensation and managing relationships with benefit providers. Farid has held leadership roles as Vice President and Public Relations Staff at the Industrial Engineering UGM Student Association and has worked as a Business Development Consultant at FIFGROUP. Farid was also an awardee of the Astra1st Scholarship and Development Program from PT Astra International Tbk, which included experiential learning through real business assignments. Additionally, Farid served as a laboratory assistant in product design and development at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and held various positions in student organizations from 2017 to 2020. Farid earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UGM in 2021.
