Joe Uhlenkott

Joe Uhlenkott has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Joe began their career in 2007 as a Sales Manager at Fleetwood Homes. From 2012 to 2016, they held the role of Regional Sales Manager - Park Model Division at Champion Home Builders, Inc. In 2016, they joined GUERDON Modular Buildings as Business Development Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development. In 2019, they joined Z Modular as Business Development Manager and Project Executive Manager, where they implemented measures and operating strategies to streamline production processes, and initiated product solutions for value engineering different building types. In 2022, they joined Mitsui Home America LLC as Senior Director of Business Development, where they are responsible for Turn Key Framing solutions and advanced construction systems.

Joe Uhlenkott received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from The College of Idaho in 1994, with a minor in Finance & Accounting. Joe then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Argosy University in 2015, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
