Laura Cruz

Laura Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Laura started their career in 2012 as a Waitress at the Royal Society of Medicine. In 2013, they transitioned to become a Bartender at Blue Marlin Ibiza, where they worked until 2015. Laura then moved on to work as a Bartender at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza for a year.

In 2016, Laura joined Lacoste as a Shop Assistant and stayed with the company until 2018. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Travel Assistance Coordinator at International SOS.

In 2022, Laura took on the role of People Operations Intern at Stuart. During their time there, they were responsible for managing the HRSIS system, handling employee queries, supporting payroll preparation, and managing administrative documents for leavers.

Currently, Laura works at GuestReady as a Global People and Culture Coordinator. In this role, they have successfully implemented process improvements for company markets, managed the UK market, provided guidance for the Spanish market, and handled global employee relations.

Laura Cruz began their education journey in 2018 at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations. Laura studied at the university until 2022. During the academic year of 2021-2022, Laura participated in the Erasmus+ program and attended Leibniz Universität Hannover. Laura focused their studies in the Economics and Management Faculty during their time there.
