Gilad Solomon

Gilad Solomon has worked in the IT field since 2006. Gilad began their career at Cellcom as an Internet & Data Expert and Internet & Data Representative, where they provided incoming calls support, handled cellular devices, and supported the Cellcom website. In 2012, they moved to Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Global IT Support Specialist, where they provided Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to global users, upgraded software and hardware, and installed and supported Microsoft office and Windows aspects. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an IT Support Specialist at Netanya Academic College. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a System Administrator at Deep Instinct, where they installed servers, workstations, laptops, printers, routers, and switches. Gilad also managed worldwide technical support of all company equipment and employees. Finally, in 2021, they began their current role as an IT Manager at Guesty.

Gilad Solomon completed a Professional Course in MCITP from John Bryce from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Professional Course in PC Technician from Beit Berl College from 2010 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Python 3 from Udemy (March 2020), Learning PowerShell 5 from LinkedIn (January 2020), AWS Solution Architect -Associate 2019 from Udemy (July 2019), and Learning Linux Command Line from Lynda.com (April 2019).
