Sarat Ganapathiraju has worked in the hospitality industry since 2014. In that time, they have held various roles in companies such as Radisson, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Fastmarkets MB, Cvent, and Guesty. In 2014, they were an Intern at Radisson, where they spent four weeks in Housekeeping and four weeks in Banquets. In 2015, they were a Guest Service Agent at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where they worked with the front desk, room service, housekeeping, and engineering. In 2018, they became a Customer Success Executive at Fastmarkets MB, where they built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders and provided support to ensure customers received adequate ROI. In 2019, they joined Cvent as a Senior Client Success Advisor for Hospitality Cloud, where they served as a point of contact for top chain and management company clients and monitored their performance. In 2022, they became the Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Manager at Guesty.
