Dave Thompson

Dave Thompson has worked in various roles for several companies since 2005. Theirfirst role was as an Account Manager at McCann Erickson, where they were responsible for training new sales associates on sales process, sales skills, internet lead response, selling, objection handling, etc. and recruiting of new employee leads. Dave then moved to Studeo as an Account Executive, managing the Kaplan Schools account and responsible for direct response marketing for two regions of schools in driving leads for school enrollment. From 2006 to 2007, they were Manager, Customer Success at DealerSocket, responsible for the corporate relationship with one of their larger clients. In 2014, they began working for Larry H. Miller Dealerships and Larry H. Miller Management Corporation in various roles, including Regional Trainer, Internet Sales Director, and Market Trainer. Most recently, they have been with GuideCX since 2019, in roles such as Mid-Market Sales Director, Enterprise Account Executive, and Account Executive. In this role, they have been helping clients to improve and simplify the client on boarding process, with the ultimate goal of helping companies create fierce customer loyalty through a transparent and collaborative customer on-boarding experience. Dave has also been an Internet Sales Consultant at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Riverdale since 2019, assisting clients with the automotive purchase process, handling digital retail leads, phone requests, and in store guests, and negotiating professionally.

Dave Thompson attended Utah Valley University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services with a marketing emphasis.
