Janine Petroro

Janine Petroro is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources/Director at Guiding Eyes for the Blind since May 2018, Janine is a key member of the Leadership Team and acts as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, focusing on fostering a mission-driven workplace. Prior to this, Janine held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Geneva Watch Group and contributed to executive leadership while partnering with senior management to align people strategies with business objectives. Janine's earlier roles at MasterCard International included Vice President and Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included supporting large teams and advising on strategic HR initiatives. Janine's career began with positions at Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Novartis, and Ciba-Geigy, where foundational HR programs were developed and implemented for significant employee populations.
