Lauren Bailey

Lauren Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren began their professional journey as a Head Lifeguard at American Pool Company in 2012 and also worked as a Hostess at Another Broken Egg Cafe in 2013. In 2014, they served as a Sales Associate at The Lemon Tree. Lauren then gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at Treasure Coast Home Health Care in 2015 and as a Marketing Intern/Wedding Planner Intern at StudioWed Atlanta in 2016.

Since 2016, Lauren has been with GuildQuality, initially starting as a Surveyor and later progressing to roles such as Marketing Assistant, Marketing Associate, Conference and Tradeshow Coordinator, and Awards and Partnership Coordinator. Lauren then transitioned to Sales Operations Coordinator and eventually became the Sales Operations Manager in August 2021.
