Mitchell Olinsky has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mitchell started their career as a Sales Representative and Customer Service representative at Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2001. Mitchell then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Florida Hospital from 2003 to 2007, where they greeted patients, checked them in, and scheduled and prepared them for exams in the radiology department.

In 2004, Mitchell joined CFE Federal Credit Union as an IT Ecommerce Manager. Mitchell focused on increasing electronic communication between the organization and its members, as well as improving communication among employees. Mitchell held this role until 2012.

Mitchell then joined Jefferson Parish Employees Federal Credit Union in 2012 as the AVP of Information Systems. In this role, they analyzed current systems and implemented changes to improve work efficiency, decrease expenses, enhance security, and increase value. Mitchell also provided recommendations for training initiatives and assisted the CEO with enterprise-level decisions. Mitchell worked in this capacity until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Mitchell served as the VP of Enterprise Services at OnPath Federal Credit Union. Mitchell then transitioned to the role of VP of Information Technology, where they planned a successful IT future for the organization. Mitchell provided leadership and development to the IT staff, implemented training for system changes and upgrades, and collaborated with business units to find suitable technology solutions. Mitchell also focused on modifying and creating complex IT systems to enhance user experience and streamline back-office operations.

Currently, Mitchell is the Vice President of Enterprise Applications at Gulf Winds Credit Union, a position they have held since December 2021.

Mitchell Olinsky has a diverse education history. Mitchell began their academic journey at the University of Central Florida from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. After a few years, they pursued further education and attended the University of Florida from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Administration. Additionally, Mitchell attended CUNA Management School from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a certification in Credit Union Management. Mitchell also acquired the certification of Certified Credit Union Executive from CUNA -- Credit Union National Association, although the specific details of when they obtained this certification are unknown.
