Andrew Ronneberg

As a member of Gullview Technology’s executive team, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge across technology domains and deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Commercial IT Services for Gullview. Andy has had continual success in navigating the most difficult business and technology challenges throughout his career. A common thread in Andy’s career has been his ability to help organizations and companies navigate transformations. Andy has led and experienced transformation in many ways including large Platform Migrations, Modernizations for Portfolios and Applications, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Public Cloud Transitions.

Having spent more than ten years in commercial IT Consulting, Andy understands the challenges and opportunities companies face and what the consulting business model affords. In Andy’s career, he has been sought out for his ability to step in, assess an IT Organization, and provide recommended tactical actions and strategic long-term direction, which has allowed him to successfully navigate many multi-year engagements. Secondly, Andy’s ability to build successful teams to drive business value through technology solution enablement has allowed both his organization and client organizations to achieve successful outcomes both financially and in added capabilities.

Andy has spent his 30-year IT Career in the Airline, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Education business verticals. Andy worked his way through software engineering and IT Manager roles into Director Level Leadership and Architecture Roles where he learned the craft of Solution, Portfolio, and Enterprise Architecture in a very complex business domain. Throughout Andy’s career he has been a visionary leader not willing to accept the status quo and continues to pursue improvement of the given state.

Andy has won multiple Innovation Awards and has had the opportunity to take on some difficult technology challenges in his career, some of which have driven significant achievements in Healthcare IT. Solving problems and helping people is what drives Andy to continue to pursue his IT career journey today and into the future. Andy grew up in rural north central MN and learned the meaning of hard work at a young age and still lives by the value of working smart and working hard.
