Product Engineer

Get knowledge of the new product. Know about the mechanical parts and commercial parts as well as the production machines and tools.
-  Transfer the product production technically.
-  Finish customization design tasks as request;
-  Keep good communication with Europe about product, technology etc.
-  Set up BOM list in ERP system, maintain the technical files about drawings, specifications.
-  ECN process control to guarantee the right drawing and technical information.
-  Through GCR suggestion to improve product quality and manufacturability.
-  Prepare technical documents for production such as drawings, instructions.
-  Trouble shooting for technical issues.
-  Train the workshop people to start the prototype.
-  Together with quality department to improve the quality by engineering solutions.
-  Together with production department to improve the productivities by engineering measures.
-  other tasks assigned by supervisor.
-  Comply with EHS Laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
