Andrew Archer

Andrew Archer has held various roles in the energy trading industry. Andrew is currently the Global Head of Operations at Gunvor Group Ltd since January 2021. Andrew also holds the position of Director at VAKT Global Ltd and Gunvor Services since 2021. Previously, Andrew worked at Trafigura for over a decade, where they held multiple managerial positions including Global Oil Operations Manager, Global Head of Contracts Administration, and Global Head of HSEC (Trading). Andrew also has experience in regional operations management and lead operator roles at Chevron.

Andrew Archer attended Cannock Chase High School where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school in 1996, they enrolled at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. From 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Certificate of Higher Education in JH Accounting & Business.
