William Rhoads

William Rhoads has an extensive work experience in the energy commodity trading industry. William served as the Head of Human Resources - Americas at Gunvor Group Ltd, where they oversaw the HR function for Gunvor Americas. Prior to this, they worked at BG Group as a Reward Manager, providing consultation on complex compensation and performance development programs. William also served as a Credit Risk Manager at BG Group. Before joining BG Group, William worked as a Risk Analyst at Shell Trading and as a Senior Trust Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
