Gianpiero Sperati

Gianpiero Sperati's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Gianpiero is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Gupy since October 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Pearson, where they held multiple positions such as Diretor de Vendas, Diretor de Gente e Gestão, and Gerente de Gente e Gestão. Gianpiero also worked at Ambev as a Talent Manager, Planning and Performance Manager, and Gerente de Gente e Gestão. Gianpiero started their career at Fundação BRAVA as a Coordenador de Projetos.

Gianpiero Sperati completed a Leadership program at Harvard University in 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Letras - Língua Inglesa e Literaturas de Língua Inglesa at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2007 to 2009. Before their studies at USP, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Relações Internacionais from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo between 2006 and 2009.
