Luiza Gomes is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in leading culinary strategy and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Culinary at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen since June 2020, Luiza has spearheaded menu innovations and quality improvements for a rapidly growing restaurant brand. As Co-Founder and Culinary Director of Bar Copo, Luiza oversees the culinary vision and operational excellence of a popular South American-inspired cocktail bar in Bondi Beach. Previous roles include Executive Chef positions at Universal Hotels and several cafes, where Luiza specialized in menu development and kitchen operations across various dining formats. Luiza's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy and a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from respected institutions in Brazil.
