Candice Morgan is currently the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Partner at GV. Candice has extensive experience in leading inclusion and diversity efforts within organizations. Candice Morgan has been with Pinterest since January 2016 and served as their Head of Inclusion & Diversity until January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading Pinterest's vision and strategy for inclusion and diversity, working with CEO and leadership across all Pinterest teams on planning, metrics, and accountability. Additionally, they led efforts on diversity integration into product and search algorithms, creators, user/community policies, and business partnerships. Candice Morgan also supervised the I&D team and councils, advising executives and management teams across the company on inclusive programs, talent management, resource groups and practices.

Prior to their work at Pinterest, Candice Morgan was a Senior Director and Consultant at Catalyst Inc. from February 2006 to December 2015. In this role, they provided research-based consulting and advice to help organizations build inclusive workplaces and develop their women leaders.

Candice Morgan began their career as an undergraduate researcher at Carnegie Mellon University from September 2003 to May 2004.

Candice Morgan has a B.S. in Psychology and a Business Administration Minor from Carnegie Mellon University. Candice also has an MSc in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University London. Candice Morgan also has a Science Regents Diploma from Stuyvesant High School.
