Debbie Rycroft Wells

Debbie Rycroft Wells has a range of work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Debbie began their career at Tek Systems, where they worked as an IT Sales Consultant from 1997 to 1998, and as an IT Recruiter from 1996 to 1997. Debbie then joined Metamor Technologies as an IT Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist from 1998 to 2000. After that, they worked as a Recruiter on a contract assignment for The Novo Group from 2010 to 2012. Debbie then joined Guaranteed Rate as a Recruiting Team Lead from 2012 to 2013. Currently, they are the Director of Recruiting at GVW Group, a position they have held since 2013.

Debbie Rycroft Wells attended New Trier High School from 1986 to 1990. Debbie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Drake University from 1990 to 1994.
