Ryan Clarke has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan began their career as a Service Desk Analyst at ALSTOM in 2001 and later worked as a Service Desk Analyst at OzEmail. In 2002, they joined Reed Elsevier as a Helpdesk Analyst before moving to Nestle as a Desktop Support specialist in 2004. Ryan then transitioned to a Systems Engineer role at TP3 from 2006 to 2010, followed by a similar position at Data#3 from 2010 to 2012. Ryan further expanded their skills as an Operator Engineer and Infrastructure Support Lead at Toyota Financial Services from 2012 to 2017. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Head of Technology Operations at GWA Group Limited, where they previously served as a Service Delivery Manager and Platform Project Manager.

Ryan Clarke obtained a Diploma in IT from the Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE, which they completed from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Microsoft, including the MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator on Exchange 2010 and the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Message Administrator on Exchange 2010. Ryan is also certified as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) by the Scrum Alliance.
