Nicholas Parra

Nico Parra is an engaged political and community activist currently serving as a Legislative Intern for the Georgia General Assembly House of Representatives, where responsibilities include creating research reports for House Minority Leader James Beverly and coordinating meetings with lobbyists. As Treasurer of the Gwinnett County Young Democrats, Nico promotes Democratic candidates and manages budgetary responsibilities. Experience with Gwinnett County Government includes a role as Poll Manager, overseeing recruitment and training of poll officials. Additional roles include Guest Experience Team Member at Gas South District, production of student initiatives as a Student Ambassador at GSMST, and various officiating positions with the Norcross Roller Hockey League. Nico is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Georgia State University, expected to graduate in August 2025.
