Amy Fletcher

Amy Fletcher has over 25 years of experience in human resources and logistics. Amy has held various leadership roles, including VP of Business HR at GXO Logistics, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as VP of Human Resources at Victoria's Secret from 2020 to 2023, where they led HR services and talent acquisition for the logistics division. From 2010 to 2020, Amy worked at L Brands, holding positions such as Vice President of HR for the international Logistics & Transportation division and AVP of Human Resources. Amy also has experience at DHL Supply Chain, where they served as a Senior Director of HR for the Americas and held various other HR roles. Amy has a strong background in organization design, talent management, culture and engagement, and labor relations.

Amy Fletcher received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication/HR from The Ohio State University in 1996.
