Lisa-Marie Schäfer

Lisa-Marie Schäfer has a strong background in logistics and project management. Lisa-Marie is currently working as a Project Lead at GXO Logistics, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Project Lead at XPO Logistics, Inc. from February 2020 to July 2021. Lisa-Marie also gained valuable experience in demand management and planning through their roles at Pepperl+Fuchs Group and Pepperl+Fuchs Asia Pte. Ltd. from 2013 to 2019. Additionally, they have worked in warehouse logistics at BMW Group and spare parts logistics at mtu solutions. Lisa-Marie's work experience also includes a position in production logistics management at BMW Group and distribution logistics at Volkswagen AG.

Lisa-Marie Schäfer completed their Master of Engineering degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences in 2010, specializing in Logistics and Transportation Management, Business Informatics, and Event Management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt from Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam, Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from ITTT - International TEFL & TESOL training, and several certifications related to data analysis and SAP.
