William Twickler

Bill Twickler has extensive work experience in engineering and operations management. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Engineering at GXO Logistics, Inc., where they focused on warehouse design, implementation, and automation. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Engineering and Process Automation at XPO Logistics, Inc. Bill also worked at Luxottica as the Vice President of Engineering for manufacturing and supply chain operations. William "Bill" has experience managing engineering and technical functions, directing the reconfiguration of manufacturing networks, and implementing process improvements. Before Luxottica, they worked at Consolidated Systems, Inc. as a Plant Manager, and at Kaiser Aluminum in various roles including Plant Technical Manager, Operations Manager, and Corporate Application Engineer.

William "Bill" Twickler has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. William "Bill" has also pursued Executive Studies towards an MBA at Texas A&M University-Commerce. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Kaizen Best Practices from Black & Decker and Lean Manufacturing Principles from The Ohio State University.
