Jim served seven years on active duty following his graduation from West Point, with two tours in the 82nd Airborne Division and one tour in Germany. He served as a Field Artillery Officer with both Battery Command and Battalion Operations Officer experience. When Jim left military active duty, he was recruited into the medical industry where he has successfully started and led multiple organizations to ongoing profitability.
It is this entrepreneurial capability that he brings to GxP Partners, to apply the benefits of low-code technology, and any other IT solutions customers require, to the organizational needs of the federal government, military, state and county governments, and commercial businesses.
As a disabled veteran, active in many charities, Jim focuses on the needs of veterans and their families. He hires veterans as leaders for his companies whenever possible. Jim is honored to be a board member of the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund focused on providing educational scholarships to the sons and daughters of our fallen military members.
Jim’s degree from West Point was followed years later with an MBA from Babson College with a focus on Entrepreneurship. As a serial entrepreneur, businesses he leads have been centered on effectively using new technology to enable everyone in the company to provide superior products and services to all customers. Jim’s openness to the interaction between technological advancement and human service excellence is infectious. Jim lives with his wife, Joan, and their children, Joe and Ellie, in Peterborough, NH. He travels regularly to engage with customers to ensure their needs of today and tomorrow are being met and planned for.
