Tina Yanuszewski (she/her)

Tina Yanuszewski is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Head of Talent & Culture at GYK Antler since October 2006, Tina is responsible for developing a people-first strategy that enhances employee engagement, oversees culture and learning initiatives, and drives talent acquisition and performance management. Prior roles at GYK Antler included Director of Culture & Engagement, where Tina led corporate values initiatives and employee relations, as well as Human Resources Director, Manager, and Specialist. Prior to GYK Antler, Tina owned and operated an Edible Arrangements franchise, becoming the first female entrepreneur in New England to do so.
