Kim Franklin

Kim Franklin has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries.

Currently, they serve as the Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Operating Officer at Gym Source, a position they have held since April 2020. In this role, they support the executive team in their daily operations. Prior to this, from October 2019 to April 2020, Kim worked as a Meeting Planner for the Chief Operating Officer at Gym Source, where they were responsible for organizing and coordinating meetings.

Before joining Gym Source, Kim worked as a Charter Flight Sales & Logistics Coordinator at Aviation Charters Inc from June 2018 to 2019. Kim was involved in sales and managing logistics for charter flights.

Prior to that, from July 2017 to June 2018, Kim was a Meetings Coordinator at the Health Care Association of New Jersey (HCANJ). In this role, they were responsible for coordinating meetings and events.

From November 2015 to January 2017, Kim served as a Health Promotions Event Leader at EHE International. Additionally, they had two other roles at EHE International, starting as a Resource Manager for Assistance@eheintl.com from 2006 to 2011, and later becoming a Resource Director - Post Exam Services from 2011 to 2017.

Kim's work experience also includes a position as Acting Municipal Clerk at Borough of Stockton from January 2002 to November 2006, where they fulfilled administrative duties.

Kim Franklin has completed the Event Leadership Executive Program at Temple University's School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management. Additionally, Kim has also participated in the Municipal Clerk Program at Rutgers University.
